Shipping
Yes, we ship worldwide! 🌎 In order to bring you a wide range of stationery, our products are packed and supplied from various suppliers in Asia. 

Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping: €5
Heavy Goods Shipping 2 - 5kg: €10

🌟 We offer FREE international shipments for all orders with a value greater than €35.

Orders can take about 3-5 days to process after placing the order before shipping out but you'll receive an email once the order has gone through. Kokkiri does not ship on weekends.

Estimated transit time after dispatch
Delivery to most countries will take around 2-4 weeks depending on location and vendor 📦✨. As soon as the parcel leaves our suppliers, you will receive an automatic email with the tracking number to follow the status of the delivery.

We do our very best to process and ship out your order ASAP but please be aware that after processing some deliveries are not shipped on the same day. Some outside Europe orders might take a longer time due to customs depending on the custom law of the location.

*Kokkiri shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of the company.

*Kokkiri is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit. All risks are assumed by the courier.


Why does my order come in different packages and on a different time?

Our items are made by and shipped out directly by our various suppliers, it's how we're able to offer such a diverse collection!  The items in our collections can come from different suppliers in some cases and will be shipped in separate packages at no additional cost to you.

Kindly let us know if there is something missing after waiting patiently a bit longer. We are aware that the shipping time is a part of our customer experience but it is a sacrifice we are willing to make in order to offer a vast diversity of products to creative people all around the world. Kokkiri also personally check every product in order to bring you the best quality. Thank you for your patience in regards to our shipping times. 

Do I have to pay custom fees for my order?
Customs fees depend on the laws of your country. In the majority of cases you are not required to pay any customs fees. We mark all our orders as low-value gifts. Moreover, we send larger orders in separate packages to avoid such charges.

How can I cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order. Once the item/s has been fulfilled and marked as shipped we will not be able to make any changes to your order 😔

Can I apply discount to all items?
If you have a discount code, it is applicable for all non sale items during checkout 😊

Why was I charged a different amount on my card...? (I'm not from the EU.)

All prices are in Euros. The difference in the amount shown on your card is caused by the difference in the value of currencies. No worries, you're only charged for the correct price of the items listed in Euros 😊

Returns & Refunds
Kokkiri allows returns and exchanges up to 14 days of the order delivery date.

  • All returned items must be unused and undamaged with all original tags attached.
  • Original invoice must be provided with any return.
  • Exchange shipping will be paid by Kokkiri.
  • Return shipping will be paid by customer. Only one exchange shipment per order will be covered by Kokkiri.

A full refund will be issued immediately upon the arrival and inspection of your return. If Kokkiri determines that any products are not in original condition, a refund or exchange will not be granted and the items will be returned to you. Please use the UPS return label to return it back to Kokkiri.
